These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of after-school care programmes, drop-in sessions, holiday camps, workshops, and one-off events (collectively, the “Programmes”) provided by Sprouts House Pte Ltd (“Sprouts House”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By registering a child for any Programme, the parent or legal guardian (“Parent”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Enrolment and Eligibility

Programmes are open to children aged 6 to 12 years, unless otherwise stated for a specific camp or event.

Enrolment is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and full payment (for drop-in sessions and one-off events) or the applicable subscription payment (for monthly packages).

Parents must disclose accurate information regarding their child’s medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, and any special needs at the point of registration, and must promptly update Sprouts House of any changes.

Sprouts House reserves the right to decline or terminate enrolment where a child’s needs cannot be reasonably accommodated, or where conduct poses a safety risk to the child, other children, or staff.

2. Programme Options

2.1 Monthly Package

The Monthly Package provides regular after-school care on the agreed days each week for a calendar month, billed in advance.

Monthly Package fees are due on or before the 1st of each month, or such other date specified on the invoice. Non-payment by the due date may result in suspension of care until payment is received.

The Monthly Package auto-renews each month unless written notice of cancellation is given in accordance with Clause 6.

Public holidays and MOE school holidays that fall within a subscribed month are not automatically refunded or credited, unless the child is instead enrolled in a Holiday Camp for that period.

2.2 Drop-In Sessions

Drop-in sessions are booked and paid for individually, on a per-session or per-day basis, subject to availability.

Drop-in bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sprouts House cannot guarantee a place for same-day requests.

Drop-in fees are payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable once the session date has passed, save as set out in Clause 5.

3. Holiday Camps and One-Off Events

Holiday camps, workshops, and one-off events (e.g. themed activity days) are separately priced and booked, and are subject to these Terms in addition to any specific terms stated on the registration page for that camp or event.

Places for camps and events are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment.

Sprouts House reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp or event if minimum enrolment numbers are not met, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, Parents will be offered a full refund or a place on an alternative date.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Accepted payment methods will be indicated at the point of registration or invoicing.

Sprouts House reserves the right to revise fees from time to time. For Monthly Package subscribers, any fee revision will be communicated at least 30 days before it takes effect, and will apply from the next billing cycle.

Late payment for Monthly Packages beyond 7 days past the due date may incur a reasonable late payment charge and may result in the child’s place being released.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

5.1 Monthly Package

Parents may cancel the Monthly Package by giving at least 30 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits are given for individual absences, early withdrawal mid-month, or non-attendance, except where Sprouts House is unable to provide care due to reasons within its control (e.g. unplanned centre closure).

5.2 Drop-In Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a credit towards a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.3 Holiday Camps and One-Off Events

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp or event start date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g. materials, third-party vendor deposits).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before are non-refundable, except in cases of illness supported by a medical certificate, at Sprouts House’s discretion.

5.4 General

Where Sprouts House cancels or is unable to provide a Programme, Parents will be offered a full refund or an alternative session/date.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a Monthly Package with 30 days’ written notice as set out in Clause 5.1.

Sprouts House may terminate or suspend a child’s enrolment immediately, without refund of the current period’s fees, where there is a serious breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of the child, other children, or staff.

7. Health, Safety, and Medical Matters

Parents must inform Sprouts House of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or special care instructions applicable to their child.

In the event of a medical emergency, Sprouts House staff will administer first aid as appropriate and contact the Parent and/or emergency services. Parents authorise Sprouts House to seek emergency medical treatment for their child if the Parent cannot be reached in time.

Children who are unwell, feverish, or have a contagious condition should not be brought to Sprouts House, and Sprouts House reserves the right to send a child home if they appear unwell during a session.

8. Pick-Up, Drop-Off, and Attendance

Parents must ensure their child is picked up by an authorised person by the stated closing time. Sprouts House closes at 8:00pm; a late pick-up penalty does not apply, but Parents are asked to inform the centre in advance where possible.

Only individuals listed by the Parent as authorised will be permitted to collect the child. Identification may be requested.

Parents must inform Sprouts House in advance of any planned absence for Monthly Package children.

9. Conduct and Behaviour

Children are expected to follow the reasonable instructions of Sprouts House staff and to treat other children, staff, and property with respect.

Sprouts House reserves the right to implement age-appropriate behavioural management measures, and to suspend or terminate enrolment for repeated or serious misconduct, after reasonable engagement with the Parent.

10. Photography, Media, and Marketing

Sprouts House may take photographs or videos of children during Programmes for internal record-keeping, centre communications, and marketing purposes (including social media and website use).

Parents may opt out of marketing use of their child’s image by notifying Sprouts House in writing; this will not affect the child’s participation in any Programme.

11. Liability

Sprouts House will exercise reasonable care and supervision in delivering the Programmes but does not accept liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or from a Parent’s failure to disclose relevant medical or behavioural information.

Parents remain responsible for any loss or damage caused by their child to Sprouts House property or to other children’s belongings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

12. Force Majeure

Sprouts House shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing a Programme due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public health measures, government directives, or utility and premises disruptions. Where a Programme cannot proceed as a result, Clause 5.4 applies.

13. Changes to These Terms

Sprouts House may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on our website and/or provided at the point of renewal or registration. Continued use of our Programmes after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
