Sprouts House Pte Ltd (“Sprouts House”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the personal data of our clients, their children, and website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) of Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with our after-school care programmes, drop-in sessions, holiday camps, workshops, events, and our website.

From Parents/Guardians: name, NRIC/passport number (where required), contact number, email address, home address, and payment information.
From Children: name, date of birth, school, photographs and videos taken during Programmes, medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, behavioural notes, and emergency contact details.
From Website Visitors: information submitted via enquiry or registration forms, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies (see Clause 7).
2. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect personal data when you:
Register your child for a Programme (monthly package, drop-in session, holiday camp, or event);
Submit an enquiry form, contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or interact with us on social media;
Provide information during onboarding, such as medical or emergency contact details;
Visit our website, where certain data may be collected automatically via cookies.
3. Purposes for Which We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:
To process registrations, bookings, and payments for Programmes;
To provide appropriate care and supervision for your child, including responding to medical conditions, allergies, or emergencies;
To communicate with you about your child’s attendance, programme updates, invoices, and administrative matters;
To contact you regarding promotions, new programmes, or events, where you have consented to receive such communications;
To maintain internal records, including attendance and incident reports;
To use photographs or videos of your child for centre communications and marketing purposes (including social media and our website), where consent has been given;
To comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
4. Consent
By registering your child for a Programme, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. Where required, we will seek separate consent for specific purposes, such as the use of your child’s photograph or video for marketing. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications or use of your child’s image at any time by notifying us in writing at the contact details in Clause 10. Withdrawing consent for marketing purposes will not affect your child’s participation in any Programme. Withdrawal of consent for operationally necessary data (e.g. emergency contact or medical information) may affect our ability to provide care safely, and we will discuss the implications with you before acting on such a request.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to:
Staff and centre personnel directly involved in your child’s care;
Third-party service providers who support our operations (e.g. payment processors, IT and software providers, communication platforms), who are contractually bound to protect personal data;
Emergency services or medical professionals, where necessary to protect the health or safety of a child;
Government authorities or regulators, where required by law.
We do not disclose personal data to any other third party without consent, unless permitted or required by law.
6. Protection of Personal Data
We take reasonable technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks, including:
Restricting access to personal data to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis.
Using secure systems for storing registration, payment, and medical information.
Requiring third-party service providers to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
7. Cookies and Website Data
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and understand visitor behaviour. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain website features. We do not use website data to identify individual children.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law or accounting/regulatory obligations. Once no longer needed, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Access and Correction of Personal Data
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you or your child by contacting us using the details in Clause 10. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time, in accordance with the PDPA. We may decline requests that fall within exceptions permitted under the PDPA, and will inform you of the reason where this applies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Continued use of our Programmes or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
