What ages do you take?

Primary 1 to Primary 6. Ages 6 to 12.

What are your hours?

Arrow

Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 8:00pm during school terms. Open for extended hours during holidays - full day care is available for an affordable additional fee.

Do you provide meals?

Arrow

Lunch and tea-break are provided. Dinner is available at an affordable additional fee for parents who would like their child fed before pick-up.

What about medical support?

A dedicated space where a child can go when they’re overwhelmed or just not okay. Not a punishment, just space. They can rejoin the activity when they’re ready. But of course, let us know of any medical conditions we should be aware of so we could pay extra attention to your child.

Is mindfulness religious?

No. It’s a practical life skill for any child from any background. Whether you’re 7 or 40, knowing what you’re feeling and what to do about it is one of the most essential life skills a person can have.
